Bogor Book Party — Community Website & Custom CMS

Built the website for Bogor Book Party, a literacy community in Bogor, and took it live. Events, book reviews, articles, and the photo gallery all run through a custom CMS, so the community’s admins publish without touching code. After launch I formed a small team to keep improving the site, and I set its technical direction.

Bogor Book Party is a literacy community in Bogor that meets every week for silent reading and sharing sessions, and regularly hosts book talks with authors. I built its website and took it live at bogorbookparty.com, then formed a team to keep improving it.

What I built

• The public site in Astro, with pages for the community’s profile, events, book reviews, articles, and photo gallery.
• A custom CMS behind /admin, where the community’s admins publish events, reviews, articles, and photos themselves.
• The launch to production.

After launch

I formed a four-person team, including me, to refine the site after it went live. I set the team’s technical direction and coordinate the work.
